I wanted to take a moment and introduce myself to the readers of the Stronger Marriage blog.
My name is Megan and I have the amazing opportunity to be a regular contributor here on the Stronger Marriage blog. I have been married for almost 2 years to my wonderful husband, and together we have a 10-month old son.
I am currently a student at Brigham Young University studying in the School of Family Life. Life is crazy with 2 students and a chubby baby, but we are enjoying the time we have together.
Being a part of this blog is, seriously, a dream come true for me! For the longest time, I wanted to write about marriage and family and be able to help others. I love telling stories and sharing what I have learned from my schooling and from my own experiences. I don’t mean to brag, but my school has the largest concentration of marriage scholars anywhere in the world, so I feel pretty lucky about the opportunities I have to learn about creating strong marriages.
I am excited to be a part of the Stronger Marriage blog and I hope I will be able to encourage readers to “form and sustain healthy and enduring marriages.” (That’s the mission statement of the Utah Healthy Marriage Initiative which supports this blog and other efforts in the state.)
If you have any questions for me or have a topic you would like me to blog about, please feel free to leave a comment. I am very open to suggestions for new blog posts! This blog is for YOU so anything I can do to make it more enjoyable I will try to do.
